Abstract: In our days is still used manufacturing to depose photovoltaic cells, but developing a robotized system we will be able to cover plane surfaces by spray deposition. The advantages of this system would be: low cost of producing, uniformity of the deposit layer, a good morphology and homogenous structure of the film. In order to touch this points it need to be controlled the precursor’s composition, the surface temperature, the spraying sequences, drops dimensions, the angles and the direction from which the spraying process is accomplished .For achieving good results we should have a few simulations which are presented along this paper.
