Abstract: Redesign the mechanical systems that can eliminate the non-linear friction effect is the software integration oriented towards the nonlinear compensation from the system by proper algorithms. This paper presents a point of view concerning the modelling friction in mechatronics systems. There are study the classic friction model (Coulomb) and the modern friction model (Dahl, Karnopp, LuGree). Using the Matlab/ Simulink environment may be creating the library of friction model. The development some virtual instruments in the LabVIEW environment are recommended taking into consideration the possibility of using the working environment for data acquisition.
