| Abstract: | The paperwork presents a comparison between the classic of calculating
deep foundations and a modeling method that uses soil structure interaction. A
method used for solving a raft foundation is used on piled raft. A numerical sample
shows the differences between the classical approach and the approach that uses
soil structure interaction. |
