Abstract: The context of the knowledge-based information society requires the need for digitization in all areas. Information has become a primary, critical resource, and instant access to relevant information is a necessity in all activities carried out by the authorities. In the field of consumer protection, Commissioners need to access a wealth of information on specific economic operators, legislation and health conditions. This paper examines how the digitization of control and law enforcement activity, through the implementation of a dedicated application, can contribute to streamlining the activity and ensuring a unique and fair practice.
