| Abstract: | Multiple sclerosis (MS, SM) is a condition that interferes with the decision of having a child because
of the complex associated-morbidity and treatment. This paper identifies and highlights the importance of a
reliable evaluation of the relationship MS – pregnancy. We can hereby conclude how the pregnancy
influences the evolution of MS and also in which degree the MS influences the evolution of the puerperium.
Therefore, to ensure a good management of this complex situation, this article proposes some indications to
be taken into account whenever this morbid association occurs. |
