Abstract: The paper describes a modern method for solving the problem of mobile hospital logistics. This method focuses on real medical service issues leaving medical management to an application intuitive and easy to use. E-health care applications require cooperation and open standard-based information knowledge exchange between all the participants of the global information environment in real-time. As a result, a new direction of knowledge logistics has emerged. The needs in flows in medical supplies are indicated by information system placed in every zone. We want to optimize the routing of these flows knowing that these needs are different according to several criteria. The paper also describes a multi agent community implementation designed as a part of research of the knowledge logistics system. Results of the developed multi agent community application to coalition based operations support are presented via a portable hospital configuration case study
