Abstract: | The present paper deals with the dynamical analysis and numerical solutions of non-linear rotor-bearing systems. The numerical solution is calculated using the Wilson- method in conjunction with an iteration procedure. The model of rotor-bearing system comprises of a continuous elastic shaft mounted on several non-linear bearing. One or several disks are mounted on the shaft. Timoshenko beam model is adopted and gyroscopic effect is taken into account. |
