Abstract: Our country built fund is aged, most of the buildings having aged between 10-15 years, some of them present an advanced state of degradation. In this sense, are necessary works of structural rehabilitation for restoring carrying capacity of damaged structural element. Experimental researches results obtained by authors regarding used concrete class optimization for consolidation damaged structural elements, by coating with a rigid concrete reinforcement layer is the major objective.
