Abstract: Usually, the torsional resistance is modeled, by almost all researchers, linear and wihout taking in consideration its changing as a result of the loading which is distribute to a sleeper. In fact, the torsional resistance–rotation characteristic curve can be linear, bi-linear, tri-linear or multi-linear. In this paper is presented one original algorithm for appraisal the influence of the loading which is distribute to a sleeper equipped with K type fastening system. The main application of this algorithm is the adjustment of torsional resistance–rotation values for the CWR track buckling computations in presence of vehicle loadings.
