Abstract: In this paper is presented a dynamic model for cinematic parameters control at a structure designed for orientation solar panels (tracking control). The structures is designed by Transylvania University and follow to put this type of structure one in Braşov – România and another Zwikau - Germany. The dynamic model use Lagrange equations and for rejection of perturbations in position, that appear, will be designed controller type PD and PID in Simulink. In this article is presented only dynamic model. Controller de type PD and PID and how calculates de accord parameters Kp, Kd, Ki are presented in other article.
