Abstract: This paper presents the research on the improvement of the technical characteristics of highaudio speaker using new materials and a new manufacturing technology. The end result is a smaller gap between the magnet and coil which together with unique manufacturing technology and a new material render a net increase in efficiency in excess of 10%. The new material used in the manufacturing audio speaker magnets is Neodymium(NdFeBa).
